1. About these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of raffio.co.uk and any related services provided by Raffio ("Raffio", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
2. Pre-launch service
Raffio is currently in a pre-launch phase. Some features are limited to invited stakeholders and assessors and may change, be paused, or be withdrawn without notice. We make no warranty that the Service will be available, complete, or free of errors during this phase.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract under the laws of England and Wales to use the Service. By using the Service you confirm that you meet these requirements.
4. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account and to notify us promptly of any unauthorised access or suspected security issue.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service in any way that breaches applicable law or regulation;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or to any account or system connected to it;
- interfere with the operation of the Service or introduce malicious code;

The Service, including all software, branding, design, and content provided by Raffio, is owned by Raffio or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose. All other rights are reserved.
7. Third-party services
The Service uses third-party services, including Clerk for authentication and Google for optional sign-in. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Raffio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.
11. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may modify the Service or these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will take reasonable steps to notify you, for example by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute, except that we may bring proceedings in any jurisdiction where you reside or where a breach occurred.
